During the launch beta (until 30 June 2026) every signup is free regardless of tier. After that, Starter includes a 30-day free trial; other tiers do not.
You're never blocked. Extra staff and participants are charged at your tier's overage rate (per seat per month) on your next invoice — you can downgrade or upgrade anytime.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No re-implementation required.
You can cancel from the billing page in your admin dashboard or by emailing kaindis@kai-auto.com. There is no lock-in beyond the current billing period — monthly cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid month, annual cancellations at the end of the current annual period. You keep full access until that date.
Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except for: duplicate or incorrect charges (refunded within 10 business days), service unavailable for more than three consecutive days due to our fault (pro-rata refund of the unused period), or material adverse changes to our legal terms (pro-rata refund of prepaid unused fees). Rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. Full policy at /legal/refund.
Business onboarding includes CSV data migration assistance (we help you import your existing participants and staff), email support during your first 30 days, and one custom care-plan template configured for your service. If you need broader scope, the Enterprise tier covers it.
Everything in Business, plus a named account manager, up to 4 hours of live team training split across multiple sessions, a dedicated Slack or email channel for your first 60 days, integration setup help (Xero / calendar), and a tailored go-live checklist for your organisation.
AI assistance is included on every paid tier (Starter, Professional, Business, and Enterprise). The in-dashboard Kai chatbot answers rostering, budget, and care-plan questions on demand, and AI helpers assist with transport routing, care-plan drafts, and incident triage. Proactive AI widgets that auto-surface insights on the dashboard are on the roadmap.
All customer data sits in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2) with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Data residency is Australia.
Staff and participant mobile apps are in build for iOS and Android — coming to the App Store and Play Store. They will be included on every tier.
