KAINDIS is built by Kings AI Automation Pty Ltd, an Australian company. We help automate people's businesses and workflows, and KAINDIS is what that looks like for Australian NDIS providers.
Why we built it
NDIS providers were running their services across spreadsheets, a generic CRM, a separate roster tool and a shoebox of compliance documents, then re-entering the same information into the portal to get paid. We thought the people doing that work deserved one system that understood the scheme they actually work in, rather than a general business tool they had to bend into shape.
How we work

Your data stays yours
Participant data is hosted in Australia, encrypted at rest and in transit, and exportable at any time. There is no lock-in contract, and we do not train AI models on your data.
Built around the scheme
The NDIS Price Guide, claim rules, reportable-incident workflows and the Practice Standards are built into the product, not left for you to configure. When the scheme changes, updating the product is our job.
